PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

3/4 c peanut butter
1/2 c honey
1 t vanilla
3/4 c dry milk
1 c oats
1/4 sesame seeds (optional)
2 T boiling water

Mix items together in order, blending until smooth after each addition. Roll into balls and roll in chopped nuts if desired. and chill until serving time.

These do well made ahead of time to blend the flavors. I like vanilla - so I usually double the vanilla. I am one who uses old fashion peanut butter - this type of peanut butter does not make the balls as sweet as sweetened peanut butter. You can taste the honey a little better when you use old fashioned peanut butter too.


HEALTHY HONEYS

1 c chunky peanut butter
1 c honey
1 c dry milk
3 c wheat chex
2 c rice chex, crushed

Combine first three ingredients and blend until smooth. add the wheat check and blend until mixed. roll into 1" balls and roll in the crushed rice chex. chill until firm. serve cold from the frig.
