I was in the hospital, dilated eight centimeters, and for
about three hours I wasn't doing anything. They were going to plan for a
c-section, but first they had me try this little stretch.
They had me scoot to the end of the bed and sit with my
legs bent off to the side and my arms around my husband's neck. Then they had me
bounce. I did this for about five minutes. Then they checked my cervix again and
I was ready for baby. It saved me from being sliced open and I had my baby girl
naturally the way God intended.

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor,
nurse or any medical specialist, nor do I claim to be! I am simply sharing some
ideas/suggestions for inducing labor naturally. You must always consult with
your doctor, physician, or Midwife before doing any of these things! None of
these suggestions should be tried before 38-40 weeks of pregnancy. Most
importantly use under the advice of a physician/midwife. Never will
I recommend doing labor inducing before 38 weeks.
