Faux Finish Bathroom

by: Tara Gall

It was on a whim one day when my husband and I didn’t have anything to do that we decided to do this project.  We went to the paint store and got some paint and glaze, mixed them.  The walls already had a base coat of a light tan color on the wall, so we wadded up a couple of old Hanes t-shirts and went to town.  We put the t-shirts in the paint and blotted it on the wall until there wasn't any paint left, then repeated the process until all the walls were covered.  It was so easy, there is no way to mess it up!  I believe it was the rag rolling technique, just done with old shirts.
