~Fruit Dip Recipes~

This fruit dip recipe is superb and simple to make.

1 packet of coconut macaroons crushed.

Stir into 250g of light sour cream till well combined.

Refrigerate. Especially nice with rock melon, strawberries, banana.

Orange Sour Cream Fruit Dip

1/2 of 6 ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
1 1/4 cup of milk
One 3 3/4 oz. package of vanilla instant pudding mix
1/4 cup of commercial sour cream
4 ounces of cream cheese

Combine orange juice concentrate, milk, pudding mix, cream cheese; beat with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Chill 2 hours. Serve over assorted fresh fruit. Yields: 2 1/2 cups

All time favorite fruit dip!

1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 C. powdered sugar
2 C. Cool Whip

Mix well with electric mixer and serve with fruit. My favorite with this dip is strawberries, but it tastes fabulous with everything!

1 regular sized Marshmallow crème jar
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well with electric mixer and serve with sliced strawberries!

Beth's Homemade Chicken Soup

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and add the pasta. Simmer over medium heat until the pasta is cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with bread and salad. This rarely if ever gets wasted at our house! It's WONDERFUL on a wet, cold day!
