cream & cooked corn
Day 3: Ham & cheese sandwiches, chips
& pickles
Day 4: Macaroni & Cheese, baked beans
& carrot sticks
Day 5: Homemade Submarine Sandwiches
(use a large French bread loaf & save leftovers for another lunch) & chips
Day 6: Ramen with vegetables and
eggs. Top with cheese.
Day 7: Chef salad
Week 2
Day 1: Frozen corn dogs & mixed
vegetables
Day 2: Minute rice with Cream of
"whatever" stirred in. Cooked carrots & refried beans on the side
Day 3: Tator Tots topped with chili &
cheese. Frozen corn on the side.
Day 4: Macaroni & cheese mixed with
either chili or tuna & salad on the side.
Day 5: Pasta & jar spaghetti sauce
with garlic toast and salad.
Day 6: Chicken noodle soup &
sandwiches
Day 7: Italian pasta...spiral noodles
cooked and cooled with Italian dressing.
