Quick And Healthy Lunch Menus

Day 1: Soup & Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Day 2: Frozen burritos with sour cream & cooked corn

Day 3: Ham & cheese sandwiches, chips & pickles

Day 4: Macaroni & Cheese, baked beans & carrot sticks

Day 5: Homemade Submarine Sandwiches (use a large French bread loaf & save leftovers for another lunch) & chips

Day 6: Ramen with vegetables and eggs.  Top with cheese.

Day 7: Chef salad

 

Week 2

Day 1: Frozen corn dogs & mixed vegetables

Day 2: Minute rice with Cream of "whatever" stirred in. Cooked carrots & refried beans on the side

Day 3: Tator Tots topped with chili & cheese.  Frozen corn on the side.

Day 4: Macaroni & cheese mixed with either chili or tuna & salad on the side.

Day 5: Pasta & jar spaghetti sauce with garlic toast and salad.

Day 6: Chicken noodle soup & sandwiches

Day 7: Italian pasta...spiral noodles cooked and cooled with Italian dressing.

 

Week 3 (new)

Day 1: Tuna Pasta- boil pasta of your choice, add a can of tuna, add 1 cup Miracle Whip.  Add vegetables if desired. 

Day 2: Microwave baked potatoes topped with cheese, butter and sour cream.

Day 3: Sloppy Joes- use a can of pre-made sloppy Joes and hamburger buns.  Have apple slices on the side.

Day 4: Tortillas with peanut butter and honey- rolled up.  Include either fresh fruit or chopped fresh carrots.

Day 5: Egg Salad Sandwiches- make sure to have the eggs cooked ahead of time and then all you have to do is use your egg slicer and mix with Miracle Whip.  Viola!  Great sandwiches!

Day 6: Cheesy Pasta Salad- Cook pasta, add Prego or another remade spaghetti sauce.  Add 1 cup of cottage cheese and top with grated parmesan cheese or grated cheddar cheese.  Have frozen peas on the side.

Day 7:  Bratwurst, fried in the skillet.  Serve on hotdog buns with mustard.  Have chips and sliced cucumbers on the side.
