Purple Pow

6 oz. soy beverage
6 oz. grape juice
1 whole lemon, peeled, cut into chunks
1/2 cup crushed ice or more
 

Remove seeds from lemon pieces and place into a blender, add the soy beverage and grape juice and puree for a few minutes. Add the crushed ice and blend.
