The following is a basic list of canning supplies to get you started in your home canning.

 

Jars
Closures-two piece vacuum cap and lid, you can buy at most grocery stores
Boiling-Water Canner-consists of a base, rack, and lid
Steam-pressure canner-consists of a base, rack, lid, and gauge.
Jar lifter
Jar funnel
plastic spatula
