The following is a basic list of canning supplies to get you started in your home canning.

Jars
Closures-two piece vacuum cap and lid, you can buy at most grocery stores
Boiling-Water Canner-consists of a base, rack, and lid
Steam-pressure canner-consists of a base, rack, lid, and gauge.
Jar lifter
Jar funnel
plastic spatula

These are the basic items you need in order to can. Most of the items can be found at your local grocery store.

Orange and Maraschino Cherry Jelly
